Ordering with us means you accept these terms and conditions. These terms apply from the time you first access this website or place an order by phone. If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order online or over the phone.
Once your order has been placed, we begin preparing it straight away. If you wish to cancel your order, please call us within 5 minutes of placing the order to request a full refund. Cancellation requests should be made by phone, not by email. As food orders are perishable, the usual cooling off period does not apply.
We cannot guarantee that any of our food is free from nuts, nut derivatives, or other ingredients that may cause allergies or allergic reactions. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen where many ingredients are used. Please speak to us before ordering if you have any food allergy or dietary concern.
We aim to deliver orders within 45 to 60 minutes. During busy periods, delivery may take longer. If circumstances outside our control cause a delay, we will do our best to keep you updated.
A minimum order value of £15 applies. If any delivery charge applies, we will show or confirm this during the ordering process, whether you order online or over the phone.
You agree to provide a valid postcode, full delivery address, and contact telephone number when placing your order. If incorrect details are provided, we may be unable to deliver within the estimated time. Payment cannot be withheld if delivery issues are caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to contact you by phone or email after the order has been placed. This helps protect us from fraudulent or hoax orders. For large orders, we may request a deposit before confirming the order. The total price will be confirmed before the order is completed.
If your address is outside our delivery area, we may not be able to deliver within the normal estimated time. If you are unsure, please call us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide an estimated delivery time.
Food images shown on this website are for illustration purposes only. Actual dishes may vary in appearance, presentation, portion arrangement, or ingredients. Some images may be serving suggestions or generic food photography.
We aim to describe our dishes accurately. If an ingredient is unavailable, our chefs may use a suitable replacement. If you are unsure about the ingredients, contents, or packaging of any dish, please contact us before ordering. “Home-made” means prepared and cooked by us from scratch. “Fresh” means not frozen or tinned. “(v)” indicates a dish without meat or fish.
We generally use standard takeaway containers for our dishes. We reserve the right to use alternative packaging, but portion sizes will remain equivalent where possible. Please note that some dishes may settle during delivery.
When you place an order, you are entering into a contract with The Coriander for the preparation and delivery or collection of your order.
We will not be liable for claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of this website, including direct, indirect, special, economic, or consequential loss, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise.
